Do not eat a banana with certain foods, learn why.

from Ask The Doctor Podcast · host Ask The Doctor - Dr Michael Lange

Dr Michael Lange and Dr Susan Summerton review some new science that proves certain foods are high in PPO or polyphenol oxidase. These foods will block the flavanols of other foods like berries. Bananas are the highest level of PPOs followed by beet greens, apples and pears. The lowest levels of PPO are in pineapple, kale and spirulina. Dr Lange states the Fortifeye Organic Blue Green Superfood he developed is very low in PPOs, fodmaps and is gluten free and organic. He states we should all try to eat 10-13 servings of fruits and vegetables daily and at a minimum five servings. Those that eat more fruits and vegetables have less diseases and live longer. Dr Lange and Dr Summerton talk a bit about melatonin and Dr Summerton talks about methylene blue too. Dr Lange talks up a fit expo they will sponsor in Orlando next week and discusses a few BOGOS they are running now. Dr Lange discusses the Nutricap team coming to town to help develop the all new Fortifeye Fit Pro and Fortifeye Rejuvenate. Dr Susan Summerton chimes in on a variety of topics from callers.Support the show: https://www.drmichaellange.com/category/ask-the-doctor/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
