Nick Quaglia, Marv Ezhan and Mike Molyneaux are BACK for another episode of the CLNS Media Patriots Roundtable.  After yet another loss on Sunday evening to the San Fransisco 49ers, the Patriots have fallen to 2-5. It's the worst record New England has seen since way back in 2000. With playoff hopes seemingly dashed, the question surrounding a rebuild has only grown. Is it time to finally look that way? If the answer turns out to be yes, Bill Belichick has some key pieces that he could put on the market. The most valuable being Stephon Gilmore, 2019's Defensive Player of the Year. Some speculate that the veteran corner could be worth a first round draft pick. The Patriots are off to their worst start since 2000 at 2-6. With the Bills and Jets on the slate for the next two weeks, there's still time to turn it around.  That being said, if New England falls victim to either New York rival is it time to call it quits?
