In week two of our series Do The Work we are addressing one of the most difficult relational skills, a skill that is critical to healthy relationships. To restore relationships we believe we have to do the work of Self-Awareness!

Let's be honest with ourselves… no one likes being wrong!

Becoming more self-aware is about noticing our wrongs and being able to own up to them even when we don’t want to.

The best thing about being self-aware is that it can help us with our relationships like helping us be more considerate of others which can leads to relational restoration!
