Do you live your life with purpose? Or obligation? Do you wake up every morning ready and willing to kick ass and do your best? Or do you wake up, go with the flow and accept whatever happens? Do you do what you need to do for YOU? Or do you do what OTHERS expect you to do? Do you do things that make YOU HAPPY? Or do you do things to just get by and make others happy? Over the years, I have learned that it is never a bad thing to put yourself first. I have also learned that it is sometimes HARD to do that. I used to think it was selfish to put myself first. Now, it is my REQUIREMENT. Doing things for others first, makes you emotionally and mentally drained. You have to realize that your potential is endless. Figure out how you can do what you were meant to do, what you want to do and stop doing what people want you to do. Choose happiness over everything. You can either wake up everyday doing something you hate, just to get by and please people. Or, you can wake up everyday chasing a dream for something that will make you happy. Wake up everyday with the intention of doing what makes you feel alive. Make a plan to do what you love and you will love every single day happy. Life is to short. Make sure you enjoy it.
