Do We Have Free Will

If we consider our choices, we have to consider what options are. Are the chemical process in the brain that we have no control over? Is there final justice for the good and bad decisions we make? If we choose to love, is it real or just a deception? One has to start with a foundation that is either we are an accident or a creation. If there was no purpose to our existence, then there is no purpose to our choices.
