Do we really need a group like Women in Estate Agency?

In today’s special episode Ben is joined by Clare Hughes of eXp UK, Liana Loporto Browne of Loporto Browne Residential, and Verona Frankish, CEO of Yopa Property. In a slightly different format to usual, Ben questions three of the founding members of the Women in Estate Agency Group on its place within the industry, the state of underrepresentation throughout the world of estate agency, and on the actual need for the group.    As a father of three beautiful girls and an employer that has always embraced equality, Ben’s somewhat rose-tinted views of the world women experience, as well as perhaps other minorities within the property industry, are tackled head on, in this full frontal look at the world we work, and live in.
