On the spiritual journey there is a necessary cycle of shedding versions of ourselves that are no longer serving. Through the journey of shadow work & clearing, we release the inauthentic self. Along that journey we unfold into more authentic versions of ourselves. Lately, I feel a new unfolding. This unfolding is into what I'm calling - HER.
