Do We Want a Constitutional Convention? with Rob Tuttle

from EmpowerU America Podcast · host EmpowerU America Podcast

In recent years there has been a nationwide movement — Convention of States — to promote another Constitutional Convention. The Convention of States would introduce several new constitutional amendments that the U.S. Congress has been reluctant to entertain. Convention of States advocates say this is the perfect situation to hold such a Convention. Rob Tuttle is a conservative who is an outspoken 10th Amendment advocate, and he believes that the Federal Government has gone far beyond its proper boundaries. However, his considerable research has led him to believe that another Constitutional Convention would be a very dangerous idea and is not worth the risk — especially since we have not pursued other avenues that were recommended by our Founders. Also, Mary Hill is running for Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. She will bring much-needed changes to the position. Presently, it is falling short in the service it provides to the Hamilton County taxpayers and the court staff daily. She believes accessibility and reliability are key components to a fair and impartial outcome for all.
