Do Women Make Better Traders?

Jennie Hill is not a feminist, no, no, no, she is someone striving for equality. There is no reason a man's brain is any different to women and in fact, here at Tradercobb the men are outnumbered for our internal staff if I am correct. I ask the question as to why over my 13 years trading I have seen fewer women but those that come into trading pick it up so fast.
