We feel like things are beyond us, there's nothing we can do and that it's not our fault that these things keeps happening to us. We feel like we have no more choices or decisions left and we are just waiting for life to make its decisions for us. However, what I've found is actually the case is that if you're feeling stuck, you're actually just making the same decision over and over again, thinking that this is just the way things have to be and are acting on autopilot.
