While in a therapeutic group one day and frustrated with her symptoms she said, "I wished I had a monster I could rip apart and throw across the room and bang against the wall." The group members replied “yeah, you should have that!” Jen went home and created her first “Moody!” My Moody Monster is a pull apart plush doll to help kiddos with their frustrations in a safe way. Moody has helped families, therapists and teachers to teach healthy coping skills while helping them understand all emotions are valid.
