Do You Have a Victim Mindset

from Awaken Your Inner Awesomeness with Melissa Oatman-A daily dose of spirituality and self improvement · host mooseletoe

Do you have a victim mindset?  Many people do, and they don’t even realize it. They tend to think that bad things just naturally happen to them or that life isn’t fair. The truth is that some people suffered from traumatic events in their childhood. Being a victim is actually a natural response to certain traumas. Our brains also tend to focus on the negative. It’s important that we identify when we’re playing the victim. We can retrain our brains to think differently. It is totally possible to ditch that victim mentality. I talk about how to do that on today’s episode.  Contact me: https://melissaoatman.com melissaoatman77@gmail 636-748-4943 Follow me on social media: https://www.facebook.com/reikiwithlissa/ http://www.instagram.com/melissaoatman222 If you feel inclined to donate to my channel through Venmo or PayPal, your energetic gifts will be much appreciated!
