On social media, and in particular, financial Twitter and StockTwits, people show how much emotion they carry into their trading. This is dangerous for your trading, and often times leads to horrible decisions about buying and selling a stock, because it is our emotions guiding our trading rather than clear concise decision making based on what the chart is telling us. I get attacked all the time by traders on social media, because I post a chart or make a comment that doesn't meet their narrative for what they think a stock should do.
