Hello and good morning everyone. Today's topic is, Do You Know What Tabara Means? I Love It. It makes me feel like a badling toddler.

Hey, everything too exciting and I just made your compilation completing today's workout is fantastic, right? Hello my lovely readers, I am committing to doing a 12 week home workout program version 1.0 by Heather Robertson, observing my body, emotions and mind and writing about life lessons learned today is day 4 of week 5. Well, in case you missed my and I always put in the code, because when you are reading and when you are listening to my about my journey, it's our journey, it's our reading, our podcasting, our homework program. So in case you missed, life lessons learning from the 12 week home workout 1.0, the previous episodes, the previous articles you can read and I have given the link in this article.

You can read my life lessons learned and take away from week 1 to week 4 and day 1 to day 3 of week 5 in the article titled I Never Thought Exercising Would Help Me Stay In Spine. Life lessons learned and take away from week 5, day 1. Valuing your mundane chores inspires you, go ahead and listen to the episode, day 2, home workout or walking outside or both, listen, you can listen to the episode. Day 3, I never thought exercising would help me stay in spine that is also recorded.

Today, Tabara was introduced for the first time. In case you don't know what Tabara workout means, I invite you to read the following article, what is Tabara workout, history, structure and how it works. I wanted to go to the link and go ahead and read about it. Well, for the podcast listeners, I don't know how to help you.

For the purposes of this article, I would like to share the following information so that you can understand and relate to my feelings when we did our first Tabara workout. Tabara training has the following structure, 20 seconds maximum load, 10 seconds rest and repeat the cycle 8 times. This is the one Tabara round, it lasts 4 minutes but it will be a crazy 4 minutes. You have to give it 100% if you want to get results from a short workout.

The workload has to be sharp and explosive. Tabara is a special case of high intensity interval training at IIT. As you can see, the workload is sharp and explosive. I have already prepared my mind to receive this workload.

You may ask how. I love saying the word Tabara allowed. It makes me feel like a babbling toddler. Hey, anything too excited energy has me to accomplish completing today's workout.

It's fantastic, right? Today's memory jogger. Lay down pushup, pushup and pushback, frogger, star jump, bent knee crunch, fast the ball crunch, one leg, right glute bridge, one leg left, glute bridge, hamstring curls, one leg left, straight hamstring curls, one leg right, straight hamstring curls. Yay, today I feel more accomplished.

Do you know why? Until last week, I was setting an intention to remember the sequence correctly. But what for did some? Today, I was able to remember the sequence and the type.

Coming back to my experience doing Tabara and today's takeaway, I took the innocent not caring what others will say or think babbling toddlers energy into my entire exercise. Even though the switch from one exercise to another was shot and quick with only 10 seconds of rest, unlike on other days, I realized that I was paying attention to my body. How so? As there were four repetitions in the first round, while doing jumping exercises like frogger and star jump, I was slowing gradually from the first to the fourth.

When it came to pushup, I realized that in the fourth round, I did more pushups than the first. How can you help yourselves from my above observation? You can choose to consciously work on a certain part of your body that needs attention. That is possible only when you listen to your body, be kind and take consistent small steps to exercise that part of the body.
