You begin to realize that people have limiting beliefs and don’t think they are meant for more. When you are trying to be the best you, a more positive you, people become more angry and put their limiting beliefs on you. ITS NOT YOU!!! They are projecting their insecurities onto you. Do not take anything personal and continue to respect your boundaries. Today we are going to dive into the book The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. We break down each language and give you solutions to help you better understand these 5 love languages. I feel that once we learn our true love language, and the love languages of the people around us, we will now know how to communicate effectively, We will communicate through love instead of anger.
