Oh, I'm maybe audience are getting bored. It could be it could be either ways, but then I was checking with myself. So I created a system the system is this because when when we are When we come into this creative World what I mean with creative world is so suppose let's say you want to create an audio or you want to create a video Or you want to create a writing piece initially you're filled with enthusiasm to write and just do it's like it's called what I call it What I call the completion energy then afterwards you want to become better at it Okay, so you start researching you start reading other people's article other people's watching other people's videos Listening to other audios the experts and also people who are in the work in progress And then you determine for yourself. How can I implement those?
Nuggets of wisdom that entered into my system and create my own system. So that's what I did So I started this 12 week home workout program I said when I do this and I will also link it to my writing and I will link it to my podcast Remember I started my podcast when I turned 60 as something giving myself permission to learn something new Which means I need to learn about the platform if they are going to change their version I have to learn how to change how to how to understand their change and you know be with it and implement otherwise It's not going to work So I'm so thankful to me and thankful to you all of you for listening that I pulled it through or pull it off whatever I don't know the exact grammar but From 60 from a yeah 60 to 60 what two years are great now what then I said let me start writing So I started writing for medium publications. I haven't explored into the video. I don't think I'm gonna do it now, but So I wanted to I wanted to integrate these two and put it in my system remember guys I've got other things to do, you know, so I'm a grandma too, so I've got other things to do So how can I be how can I be responsible with my own self in implementing these things because it is a self-motivated goal Nobody asked me to do it.
Okay, so Why am I saying all this on September 1 I published my podcast and now today's September 12th, so I have not recorded but guess what I have lots of Content to create an episode or create several episodes However, I'm stuck with the system. I started a system of homework program I completed all Congrats to myself and congrats to everybody because you're all part of me I completed the 12 week homework program. However, the writing work. I've only done till day eight So I would just do the homework out record or remember try to recall the names of exercises create a draft in my notepad in My cell phone that's it and I will revisit the draft whenever I'm in mood to do an article and then sometimes self-publish in medium or Publish it to other send it to other publishers now you have to qualify to be a part of the publisher and that's a whole different story That is a learned skin.
So now I've got enough articles published sitting there in my medium back office So I started reading one article each and why did I do that because in anchor platform? I am of course I there are some paid episodes, but most of my episodes I want to give it free where is a medium you pay five dollars per month to be Getting access for more than three articles. I mean if you I would love to follow you to pay because if you pay then I get a certain portion True disclaimer, but well, it's good It's nice to see it's nice to see in your back office your money coming in one cents two cents one dollar two dollar Okay, you won't believe the happiness you get from doing what you love and earning that one dollar or two dollar is way more than You go and you know, what is it called? You go push yourself to do get your fifty thousand or hundred thousand or five and whatever it is.
Okay, I know you might be saying What is she talking? That's a truth man. Okay, let's go to today's content my heart is filled with gratitude for completing week five of 12 week home workout program The duration of the entire workout is getting longer and the exercises are getting tougher. It should be that way, right?
Today there were three super circuits of three exercises each set to be done price in the first two circuits each exercise was for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds break the third circuit lasted for 40 seconds today I'm motivated or organically drawn to describe how my body Responded to exercises. I have also completed day two of the week six Exercise and lag behind in writing and sharing the update previously I would not do the next to taste exercise until the writing work for the previous day was completed I'm getting into the groove of batching my writing work thereby creating a new routine Let's talk about first super circuit front swing. I did pretty well using single five pound dumbbell T-busher. I tried using five pounds to lift after the push-up Twisting and raising my hand with five pound dumbbell was clumsy when I use three pound dumbbell I was able to keep up with a headers flow and complete 12 reps.
Wow, that felt good Waited jacks I held a three pounds dumbbell in each hand and was pretty comfortable even though it involved jumping The following second set of super circuits exercises was much easier than the first one one embrace Arnold push-ups and Shadowboxing I learned the third and pretty easy super circuit comprising of rare dealt flies small circles and shadowboxing exercises I like the way I designed the sequence of three super circuits ranging from intense to medium and then to less challenging What did I learn and what was the takeaway? Until week five I was paying attention closer attention to my mindset and emotions While doing the home workout. It is only from week six. I could feel my body Listen listen to give a few examples how I became more mindful and started writing more Improved my memory showed up to work showed up to work out with courage and honesty and started using auto Suggestion to keep up with good habits, etc Listening to your body does not imply a lack of grit but a willingness to honor true physical limits Kenyan runners have a reputation for listening to their bodies, but certainly do not take it easy on themselves They are among the world's most gifted and accomplished athletes caught by Gina green greenly as I started week six I'm paying attention to how my body is coping with a variety of exercises I'm being very conscious of knowing which type of exercise I enjoy the most I'm also noticing how Heather's designing the workout program is beneficial and noteworthy It all boils down to me listening to my body which Heather mentions every day Shoutout to Winston for a well-crafted sound enriching article title the incredible power of lifting others.
