Do You Need People Analytics?

People analytics is crucial to creating great experiences.  I was once speaking overseas to a large organization that was very interested in investing in employee experiences.  The Chief HR Officer said that the average tenure in the organization was eight to ten years. I told him that was great and asked him why that was, but he said he didn't know.  He also said, "When people do leave the company, they always leave at the two-year mark." But when I asked what happened at the two-year mark, he said he didn't know.   Without people analytics, you don't have data.
