Going thru the Journey of Leadership, we can feel separate from people.. Distant from people I know this is true for me. Growing up, i've always wanted to fit in and be accepted by people and it comes up as a need for me growing up in life. The quote "It's Lonely at the Top is true" Being ahead of the pack, we need to be ahead of our people - ahead of our teams and at the front line of everything and yes, it can be lonely.
