Do You Really WANT to Change ?

from Willing & Winning · host Will Hill

With the new year we get ourselves hyped up to make such big changes and around this time of the year already we see ourselves not really holding up to our end of the bargain; If that’s being more consistent with our health & fitness we allow one day to be skipped and find an excuse. All it takes is that one day to lose the momentum we’ve bottled up and kept shaking until the cap popped off,  now running empty.  On Today's episode I am talking about having the want to change v the need to change. I believe we know when things in our life need to change but those things won’t change unless we want to make an effort to change those things. It all comes down to you!
