Do You See What He Sees? (Part 3)

Bishop P. O. Rodgers continues the series "Do You See What He Sees" from 2nd Corinthians 5:16-17. The new creation is brought about by the Holy Spirit, the Agent of Regeneration and the Giver of Divine birth. God's new creative work, begun in each one who believes in Christ and will one day be consummated on a universal scale. The old life of slavery to self and sin has gone. The new life of devotion to Christ means that one has new attitudes and actions. In Christ, a new spiritual life is given to the convert; in Christ all of our previous sins are cancelled; in Christ we are endowed with the Holy Spirit. When we were born again, we became a new person spiritually. We are not saved unto ourselves, but saved unto the Body of Christ. Every part in a body has a function, this also true for the Body of Christ.
