In reality, the women may be struggling with untreated depression/anxiety. Decision fatigue and other fatigue are endemic to depression, and if you find it extremely hard to tell your husband what you need him to do (in a dynamic where he is doing at least half if not more of the home/childcare), then it's probably not his fault in the way social media would have you think. It is the fault of depression, and recognizing this is half the battle!
