Your technician pulls into the driveway, and the homeowner is already waiting at the front door with her arms crossed. The last company she hired left a stain by the fireplace and another one by her husband's chair. Nobody from that company ever called to check on her. This time she called your company. What happens in the next few minutes on that doorstep will either change her mind or prove her right.
