DOBLE CONGRESO

Los senadores acordaron reformar el artículo 65 de la Constitución para evitar un doble Congreso, que hubiera impedido establecer acuerdos y legislar correctamente. Con ello, la LXV legislatura concluirá sus funciones el 31 de agosto de 2024 para que la LXVI legislatura comience el 1 de septiembre.
