Sequels can oftentimes make or break a great movie. For Star Wars, it surpassed the original, for Halloween 3 on the other hand, it nearly destroyed it. This film is the perfect example of a sequel done right. Following Danny after the events of the Overlook hotel, we now see him grown-up and now in more danger than ever helping a young girl Abra from a cult with their own "shines". A fantastic mix of a new story while still delivering on the nostalgia and continuation from The Shining that everyone came to see. Will Danny be able to right the wrongs in his past or will a man take a drink, then a drink take a drink, then a drink take a man?
