Doctor Who Best Doctor Tournament (Part One)

I wanted to have some fun this episode, so I created a bracket with all the incarnations of The Doctor and were going to have a tournament to decide which Doctor I think is the best. This is all subjective and my personal opinion. I totally understand others will have vastly different choices than I have. Matter of fact, I implore you to share your picks on the bracket here https://www.dropbox.com/s/gipktm4c3333ide/Doctor%20Who%20Doctor%20Tournament.jpg?dl=0
