What a career! For Doctor Who, Phil co-wrote the penultimate Tenth Doctor story The Waters of Mars with Russell T Davies which gave us a terrifying glimpse of the 'Time Lord Victorious' and quickly became a fan favourite.Due for release in July 2023 is Phil's self-penned Target novelisation of The Waters of Mars.
