DODFMR Vol. 8 - The Civilian Equation

Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) Volume 8, titled “Civilian Pay Policy,” establishes the comprehensive framework and procedures for administering civilian employee compensation, leave, and payroll operations within the Department.
