Dodgers Pitching Prospect, Gus Varland, Joins Dodger Poke

Gus Varland came to the Dodgers this year in a trade with the A's that dealt Adam Kolarek and Cody Thomas.  Sheldon Neuse was also part of the trade with Varland. Varland had Tommy John surgery in 2019 and is still recovering from it, so he is "under the radar" so to speak in terms of a Dodgers prospect. But, he was a Top 30 prospect in the A's organization and was projected to be a Major League pitcher by the A's.  So, although he is "under the radar", if he can stay healthy, he has Big League stuff. #dodgers #dodgersbaseball #baseball
