We all know the pain of feeling unheard—that feeling someone is just "waiting to speak" instead of truly listening. But the simple act of listening is the key to our mission! This week, we continue How to BLESS Your Neighbor by focusing on the "L"—Listen. Jesus showed us that being heard is close to being loved when He stopped to hear the blind beggar (Luke 18:35-43) and engaged the man at Bethesda (John 5:1-9). He proves that giving attention is the first act of love. We'll learn how to overcome the barrier of "waiting to speak" and, like Paul in Athens, tune in to the needs around us (Acts 17). Don't just walk past the opportunities! Learn how to truly listen and connect with others.
