Does ChatGPT Have a Hidden Religious Bias?

There's a lot of hype surrounding AI's arrival in the workplace, and HR is leading the way in championing all the wonderful ways it can revolutionize the world of work. To be fair, there's also a lot of chatter around how AI can be used fairly and ethically at work... but there's a catch or two. First, as we've seen ESG unfold over the past few years, does it really feel fair and equitable to everyone? I think we have a long way to go (and lots of things to fix) before letting an AI execute ESG-infused edicts at scale. Secondly - and most importantly - it seems that AI has some inherent biases at its core. The real power is seated with those who gatekeep what can and can't be used to train the AI.
