Does colour affect how we feel - as Kandinski claimed?

from Create with Franz · host Franz Sidney

Our daily activities are surrounded by colours. What we eat, wear, touch, see, draw, drink, detest or admire has colour. So how does colour influence our perception on what is good, pleasant and healthy for us and what is not? Could colour hinder our performance or even boost it, make us relax or energise us? In this episode we shall see if it's possible that our perception and mood can be altered by modifing the colour of an object or our environment. This is such a fun topic for me as an artist and designer! Photography ©Franz Sidney (A sunset in Dereham!)
