Does Gear Matter?

I often jump into conversations about not having the right gear to start creating. To an extent the answer to the question varies depending on who you ask, in this episode Ken, Matrix and I discuss our personal feelings about gear. In simple terms NO you do not need all the top of the line to start creating content specially having high level of technology in the palm of our hands. Will having more gear help? YES to improve productivity having the right equipment will ultimately help you deliver a higher quality of product for your clients, but at the end of the day if you focus to much on acquiring all the gear first it really doesn't matter if you don't create content.
