Does God Love Me?

from Quiet In The Night · host Bill Scott

In moments of silence and struggle, you may find yourself asking, "Does God really love me?" The answer is a resounding yes. God's love for you isn't based on your performance, your past, or how well you think you're doing. His love is constant, unchanging, and deeply personal. Romans 8:38-39 (The Message) reminds us, "Nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God's love." You are not overlooked or forgotten. God sees your tears, your battles, and your weary heart. His love is the kind that chases you down when you feel lost, and gently holds you when you're broken. Even when you don't feel lovable, God's love remains. It's not based on feelings—it's rooted in His very nature. "God is love." (1 John 4:8) So breathe. Rest in this truth: You are deeply loved. Right now. As you are. Not someday, not if you get it together—but now. Let that truth wrap around your heart today like a warm blanket. You are loved. Always. Forever. Completely.
