Does God Punish Us?

Today we cover a famous story: Palm Sunday. Often portrayed as simply a happy occasion, it also was mixed with an uncomfortable power move from the religious elite, and a tear filled warning from Jesus. Often the story gets shortened, or separated… but taking it all together helps us see how much Jesus cares about the very details of our lives, and it also destroys a toxic view many people have about God.
