Does It Feel Good to be around You?
from Refractive Hosted by Johnny Guidry
You know the saying: some people are a blessing when they walk into your life, and others are a blessing when they leave! Why do some people feel energizing to be with while others are draining? And more importantly, does it feel good to be around YOU? Host Johnny G discusses how to manage the energy you put out to those around you. We end every episode of Refractive with the same phrase: "aim your light." What does that mean? Can you enhance the experience of your fellows by simply entering the room? You absolutely can- and it's not difficult at all. This episode reviews some practical methods for maintaining a natural lightness of energy and cleansing and clearing any heavy energy that you might be carrying.
