Does it take the whole village? Rev. Dr. Nichelle Nelson, M.Div, MSW Show

Dr. Nichelle Nelson is a native of Delaware. She holds a degree in Psychology and dual master’sdegrees in Social Work and Divinity from the University of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh TheologicalSeminary concentrating in Community Organizing/Social Administration and Urban Ministry, aswell as, a Doctorate of Ministry from Drew University concentrating on preaching and churchtransformation. Currently, Dr. Nelson is the Chief Programming Officer with the Fund forAdvancement of Minorities Through Education (FAME). She directs her efforts toward closing theeducation gap in the Pittsburgh community. In addition, Dr. Nelson fulfills her calling throughpreaching, teaching and community service. She is a licensed and ordained minister at MountArarat Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis.
