When you realize that sitting home and being immobilized because of these negative emotions does nothing for the outcome and if you can train yourself train your mind so you can still enjoy life fully regardless of what the circumstances are and realize that you are not going to waste a minute of your life, because the outcome is going to be just as it should be. Life is full of circumstances some difficult some good and if we need to take action we need to be prepared to do so however the negative emotions that come along with it add nothing to the situation or the circumstances and it certainly doesn't do anything for you.
