Being mentally tough is when you respond to a challenge outcome or setback in a positive way. Scientist have proven that affirmations are not effective because the mind doesn't function in that way, the Mind ask questions and if it knows that you currently are not a millionaire or you currently don't have the skills to pull off what you said you going to pull off your subconscious doesn't believe it because it's not true so instead ask questions what can I do to develop the skill what can I do to develop mentally stronger. Asking these questions will help us to become the person that we want to become and it doesn't cause extra stress mentally because now we are on a path to develop our skills and be successful at achieving our goals.
