Does Rey Have an Arc?

I don't delve into detail. I hope by showing you the broad strokes of Rey's potential arc, you can imagine the rest and see how this might have become an emotionally-involving, character-centric trilogy, focused on the protagonist's inner change. I also didn't want to rewrite the entire trilogy. My aim was to use all the elements which are already on the page. Basically, you could re-write the 3rd act of the 3rd film in the sequel trilogy and even that would make a huge difference. With a solid understanding of arcs and structure, it isn't hard to re-arrange any story to be more impactful and powerful. It goes without saying that this is merely my opinion, but I'd like to hear yours. What would you have changed?
