Does the caterpillar know it's changing ?

Doing a little deeper of a dig on what it really feels like when you are changing/transforming your life, your career, etc... We always want to be realistic when we talk to you, and sometimes, these big changes get huge celebrations and are glamorized.... but what does it honestly feel like? We both have worked hard towards big goals, and we have both thought, "ok what's next ".
