"So we are looking for further developments. We're looking for the government to take the HST off affordable home ownership, which would be a big help. We're looking for the government to use its funding to force municipalities and provinces to play along and create affordable housing in their communities. And we're looking for the government to make sure that we have the skilled labour we need to get housing built and that people shouldn't underestimate that.
