The other used matched easy cycling only. That easy load was 𝟒𝟑.𝟔 watts. Mean 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 hit 𝟏𝟕.𝟒 with 𝑬𝑴𝑺. It hit 𝟏𝟔.𝟐 without it. Peak 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 was 𝟏𝟖.𝟕 versus 𝟏𝟕.𝟒. Sprint 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 did not fall. Peak power stayed the same. Mean power stayed the same. Fatigue did not rise. 𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 is a signal in the blood. Hard efforts make it. It can tell muscle to build more engine. That engine helps the body use oxygen later. 🫁 This test did not time a running race. It did not prove a faster 5K. It did not prove longer easy runs. It showed extra signal.
