Greg Lopez, the top-line Republican candidate for governor, has a plan to help Republicans finally win in Colorado, which is essentially to make sure their votes count more than those of Democrats. But first, we interview Colorado House Speaker Alec Garnett once more to wrap up his final legislative session holding the gavel!
