Hello and good morning everyone. Today is Sunday, January 7, 2024. If you have or if you are or if you were listening to my previous podcast episodes, you know that I have a system where my solo podcast I've designed in such a way that I read the articles, my articles which were published in several publications and some in my own publication, Explore Your Vigivis Itself, as a content for the podcast. And what I did was, so I'm following a certain pattern, whatever I have recorded previously and I'm doing like one by one, one by one and recording the podcast episode.

So what does it mean? Right now, I have reached January 2023 articles, okay? So right now I've got one year worth of content. To January 2023, I created certain articles which were published and that's what I was reading.

Today, for some reason, I said it's boring to follow that. So what I did was, I was just watching my sensation, you know, sometimes it's difficult to put an narrative, put a word, put a sentence for what is going on inside, right? So the moment I gave myself permission to say, okay, I want to break this pattern right now. It was easy for me to keep up the discipline when I had a system and when I followed the system.

So today that inside that little, that little, what to say infant, like I said, no, I don't want it this way. I want a different way. That's what I'm listening to. So I'm listening to that infant and then I'm saying to myself, okay, let me select some recent episodes from my medium.com back office where all my stories, they call it stories of articles are sitting.

What did I do? I selected one article that was published on December 24, 2023, very recent, okay, very recent and it was published in Explodia by Defence Self. That is my own publication. And the topic, the title or the topic is, does unfinished task bother you?

If yes, it is a good memory stimulator and you must read this. The subtitle is, let us use the Z-Garnik effect to our advantage. Well, it has been two weeks since I logged into medium.com to write an article. Today is Christmas Eve and there's a clear part of me that is enriched with what I call riding flow energy within the river commas, riding flow energy.

So I've given a name to that energy, okay? So, you know, I am a personal development enthusiast, freak, whatever, and I like to be self aware, listen to my body, listen to my thoughts, listen to my feelings, and then I create my own terms. So I have now started naming the energy. How am I feeling?

Am I feeling, is it the completion energy? Is it the real children's energy? Whatever. So this energy is a riding flow energy.

As I type in my laptop, I'm choosing to embrace the WFE, which is the riding flow energy. There are photos and videos in my cell phone, photo gallery, and that thought is taking my hands away from the flow of typing, okay? And I put LOL in laugh out loud and I am laughing out loud, okay? Look at the destruction here, I just want you to be with me.

I'm choosing right now, making a choice. I'm choosing to honor that thought and take action right now. Yeah, I now on my cell phone, looking at this unique picture of a truck decorated that I captured from my window. So my neighbor, I would say the opposite across the street, he has decorated his truck with Christmas lights.

It's beautiful. I thought that was unique, that was cool and I took a picture. So that is what is the picture that I put in my article. You must read it.

Okay, now I decided to use that as the image for this article. So here's the thing, guys, when you start writing an article, you have to think of title, subtitle, an image, an image, and then your body of the article and then the other subtitle, where you would put bold, where you would have been italics and all that stuff, right? So anyway, so now I decided to image what happened here? When there is a gap in doing something that we have been doing consistently, it is normal to get stuck mentally and physically.

Let us take this example. On December 9th, I published the last article. I'm pretty satisfied with the accomplishment of all the things. In all domains, such as family commitments, personal commitments, etc.

Even though a gap in writing is making me uncomfortable a couple of days ago, I wrote in my SMD, start my journal. That's my journal. I've spoken about it. I've written about it.

Please check it out. What did I write? Please write and publish to articles. You know, I always say please to myself because if you're courteous, if you're compassionate, if you're forgiving, if you're loving to yourself, then what happens is you fill your tank of love for yourself, your tank of gratitude for yourself, your tank of respect, your tank of courtesy for yourself, and then you give from the tank filled with your courtesy and respect and allow to somebody else when they speak to you or when they think of you or when they feel your energy.

You know what I'm saying? Okay. So this is what I wrote. Please write and publish to articles.

Okay. My task was spending the uncomfortable feeling due to the gap in writing also came as an impediment to restarting. Yesterday, I got a WhatsApp forward regarding Z-Garnick effect. That seemed interesting.

I wanted to check this out. Z-E-I-G-A-R-N-I-K Z-Garnick effect. Today, I made the most of most use of Z-Garnick effect by following two of the three steps. So as per that Z-Garnick effect, first is makeup lamp because when something is not finished, that will always bring you.

When something is okay, something is finished, you're done with, you will tend to just forget it. It's normal. It's normal. So in order that you want to, you know, accomplish something which is challenging or which is something like you're breaking a habit, you're creating a new neural pathway or new way of doing things or new way of thinking, then you have to keep something unfinished.

That's what the Z-Garnick basically says. But I'm going to split into three parts for you because I've already written, I've thought about it, written it. These are some of the words that I'm using, which is not written here. So the unfinished task, it bothers you.

That's a good bother actually. That's a good bother. But be with it. Okay.

So first thing is three steps, makeup lamp. I made a plan to log into medium.com account and prepare a draft. Number two, start with a small, easy first step. I wrote the first paragraph expressing my current thoughts and feelings without thinking about the content, without thinking about the headline or any call to action at the end of my article.

Okay. I just wrote the first paragraph. That is, that is what, that is how I followed this second step from the Z-Garnick effect. Start with a small, easy first step.

Now the third one, do not try to complete the task right away. That's another thing. This felt difficult for me because that's what the Z-Garnick says. Do not complete it.

You see, some of the great, you will see what to say, the accomplished people or scientists. They do not, yeah, they sit together and all that stuff and even big achievers and entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial venture. They don't finish it immediately. That's what that is.

Another thing, do not try to complete the task right away. Okay. This happens in sometimes in cooking. I used to wonder because I'm like a completed, for me completion is important.

I'm not a perfect person. I'm not a highly accomplished person or something. But then I said, this is interesting. Okay.

All right. So now this felt difficult for me because in this particular instance, I want to publish one article as only completion will make me feel good and help me run the rest of the day with feel good and happy F-G-H energy. Yeah, I am done and I'm filled with feel good, happy energy. I would like to mention the article.

So this is what, so make a plan, do that first step which is quick, easy, just do it and then you leave it. You don't have to finish it immediately. I have actually done that because I wrote in my SMD and I wrote that right to articles. It was unfinished a couple of days, blah, blah, blah, and then I started it.

So I wanted to check the zigani effect. I'm not giving any information about that now because what happens is if I just give all the information, then you wouldn't be curious. Go check it out and I want you to apply zigani effect in at least one thing of today's activity. Okay.

Now I would like to mention the articles of these amazing writers, Nicholas Cole, Maria Ratray and Kim Kelly's staff. Beautiful articles, wonderful articles, lots to learn from them. The title is Five Unconventional Ways to Monetize Your Writing. People with dementia are lost in the lonely world, not of their choosing.
