Does Your Child’s School Use Commercial Programmes?

According to an article in The Conversation, Australian primary schools are becoming increasingly reliant on commercial programs for teaching students. While this may help relieve teachers’ burden of planning lessons and provide structured evidence of academic progress, are there pitfalls in outsourcing education to third-party providers who sell the content as pre-packaged modules?
