Does Your Life Make a Difference?

Once people know someone is a Christian, they watch how faith shapes ordinary choices. Jesus calls His disciples salt that resists moral decay through just, merciful lives, and light that openly reflects God's goodness. Being salt and light does not begin with anxious self-improvement. Jesus has already redeemed His people and drawn them to Himself. They can face outward, oppose injustice, show received mercy, and speak confidently about His love, so their good deeds lead others to praise their Father in heaven.
