Does Your Self Talk Sound Like This?

from Golf Talk With Tiff Hosted by Golf Talk With Tiff

What is your self talk like when you play golf? As I teach many golfers I always listen to what they say about their golf game. I will comments like, "well I'll try and do it, but it probably won't work", or "I'll have some fun enjoying my golf but I don't do it very well" or "I am a beginner and I am hopeless" and " I have been playing golf for 5 years and I should be better than I am now." I am sure you can think of what you say to yourself? If you think this way about your golf, that you are hopeless and won't do it right. Then that is exactly what will happen. Would you like to change the way you speak to yourself or better still would you like to play better golf? If you are saying, "yes Tiff I do want to play better golf!" Then you must listen to this episode as I will show you why you are not playing golf the way you would like to and how you can then play better golf. *** Would you like to build belief, confidence, strength and courage in you?
