Does your tax agent have a blind spot?

You go to your tax agent to get a tax return done but you probably don''t understand what they go through to get the return completed and some of the challenges they confront. They cannot see everything and as tax expert Lisa Greig explains, there are circumstances in which clients might think they are getting a deduction of X amount but there are other debts in the system that deflate the amount.
