Dog Pissed on the Floor - How I Handled Not Emotionally Eating

Legit ripped from the headlines from ME! Recorded in real time - I had to drop this LWJ love nugget episode! Chloe pissed on the floor - and JP yelled for me to come clean it up b/c he was on the phone...but of course I had just stepped out of the shower and was wet, cold and pissssed. Chloe WTF?! Oh and I am behind on work, I can't take her in her normal spot b/c yard work, JP was laughing and all I want to do it eat a effin' cookie! But spoiler alert: she did NOT eat the cookie. She thought about it though...instead I walk you through my exact thought process and how I navigated that emotional wave. This shit takes practice - and I am not perfect but I am WAYYYYY better than I used to be!
