'Dog Tired' & 'Neighborly Crash'

First, The plaintiff says the defendant is her mom, who she says favors her siblings. She claims that after she bred her dog, her mother gave away two puppies to her sister and she was only entitled to one, so she’s suing. The defendant insists she was entitled to two dogs. Then, The plaintiff is suing the defendant, her “crackhead” neighbor, because he allegedly crashed into her car while driving drunk and high. The defendant denies he’s a crackhead and says the plaintiff has no proof of her accusation. The defendant claims the plaintiff smokes weed, and he insists she’s overcharging him for the damages.
